1. Service description

Aegis Scanner provides external attack-surface monitoring, compliance-mapped reporting, and optional active security testing under a subscription model. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Authorised use — important

Active scanning (Mode 2) may only be run against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorised scanning may violate computer-misuse laws in your jurisdiction. You represent that every target in scope is authorised.

Passive / OSINT modules query public data only and do not exploit vulnerabilities.

3. Limitation of liability

Automated tools cannot guarantee detection of every vulnerability. The service is provided "as is" and does not replace a manual penetration test or legal advice. You remain responsible for independent review of critical systems.

4. Subscription & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Monthly plans may be cancelled; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans are discounted; partial refunds are not offered unless required by law.

5. Data security

Scan results and reports are stored encrypted and access-controlled. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, if you breach these terms — especially by attempting unauthorised scans.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts in Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
